1) With the weather getting warmer, why not get outside? Being outdoors can do wonders for our mental health. You could take a walk outside or do some journaling in a park - the fresh air and

sunshine will release stress and boost your mood! 

2) Exercising is great for both your physical and mental health. It's a perfect mood booster as your body releases endorphins that'll leave you less stressed! Find an activity you enjoy - your mind and body will thank you! 

3) Meditation is an excellent tool for maintaining good mental health. It allows you to cultivate a sense of peace, develop self-awareness, and reduce stress.
