Here are some tips to make working from home more enjoyable and less lonely!

It's hard to make connections through computers, so planning gatherings with your team can be very beneficial! This could be playing games like volleyball or pickleball together, starting a book club, or even organizing a dinner to get everyone face-to-face. If your team doesn't live in the same area, getting together even once in a while could make a huge difference! Virtual options, like online games or virtual happy hours, can help you stay connected.

Create a Dedicated Workspace

Designate a specific spot in your home for work. This helps you mentally switch into work mode and keep boundaries between your personal and professional life. Make sure your workspace is comfortable and free from distractions. Add personal touches like pictures, artwork, or plants.

Incorporate Movement

Whether it's going on a walk, or taking a break to stretch between meetings, incorporating activity into your workday will keep you more energized. Sitting at a desk all day can make you tired, so move your body around to boost your mood.
